In-Person Personal Trainer
Outdoors in one of our beautiful parks or indoors at our incredible studio, every session is designed just for you. Consequently, our studio is very clean and modern with machines, free weights, suspension training, ropes and bands for instance. We need a unique facility to accommodate our cross functional style of training. Our Intro to Personal Training 3 Session Package is the perfect way to get started with your San Diego Core Fitness personal trainer. In our first session we assess your form, strength and goals. Moreover, in the next two sessions we begin building a program that matches your abilities with your goals.
30 or 45 Minute Appointments
Our personal training appointments are either 30 or 45 minutes. Consequently, we put you through an appropriately grueling session every time. Everyone’s time is valuable and a great workout doesn’t need an hour. That is to say that we have refined our training technique to get everything out of your time with us that we can. For most clients an hour would be overkill. Based on all available science, 30 or 45 minutes is the perfect workout and is why we chose this time for each of our training packages.
In Home Personal Trainer
We also offer live virtual personal training packages in 30 minute sessions. We find out what equipment you have access to and design each session for your space, ability, goals and available equipment. A Virtual Personal Trainer is not an avatar, it is your trainer live. You see your personal trainer and they see you. Virtual sessions are great because you don’t have to rush off to a an appointment and it can easily be conducted wherever you have an internet connection. Because overhead is less and the sessions are shorter, our live virtual personal training packages cost much less than the in-person alternative.
