LANDMARK: GRANTVILLE TROLLY STATION

INSTRUCTIONS: Follow the road down the hill NEXT to the Grantiville Trolly Station until you come to a sign that says "STADIUM PARK". Park in the small parking lot past the sign and walk along the river until you find our unit (F2) with all the exercise equipment in it.

EAST MISSION VALLEY CLUBHOUSE IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS TO LOUD EDM AND HOUSE. WE HAVE SUSPENSION TRAINING BANDS, PLYO-BOXES, MEDICINE BALLS, ALPHA BAGS, 40" BANDS, STABILITY BALLS AND MORE TO CREATE HIGH INTENSITY, DYNAMIC WORKOUTS, WITH A NEW TWIST EACH SESSION.
