IN THE HEART OF SAN DIEGO

Right in the heart of San Diego County is Serra Mesa. With easy access from 163, 805 and 15 our Aero Drive location is a perfect spot for appointments and small group classes. To clarify, our Aero drive location is where we hold our indoor small group fitness classes, personal training and nutrition appointments. We have private conference rooms for nutrition counseling and evaluation. Semi private rooms for individual personal trainer appointments and a shared gym floor for small group fitness and personal training.
