Along with weekly workouts, we will set a cardio schedule that fits into your lifestyle and keeps you on track to reach your goals.
You select your preferred meal plan, we will evaluate the plan and assess its compatibility with your goals & email you suggestions, instructions, and adjustments.
Through email & Virtual Appointments, Rachel & Justin will coach, motivate, and guide you through plateaus & challenges to success.
We gather info on you, your lifestyle, diet & schedule to design the best plan for you.
We implement our plan but stick to weekly check-ins and assessments to develop your fit plan into a long term habit.
Track changes in exercise intensity, body composition, strength, overall health & fitness to show progress to goals.
