The thick, extra-strong SPRI® Superband is designed for heavy-duty use. This cross train superband takes rubber resistance exercise to a whole new level. The band is ideal for full body extension and heavy-duty use. Coming in 5 different resistances this band is sure to enhance any users’ workout. The band works out leg muscles, stretches hips and shoulders, provides resistance for walks, shuffles, lunges, and helps prevent and rehabilitate sprained ankles. These bands are 40″ long and 3/16″ thick. The color-coded widths range from 1/4″ to 2 1/2″. Each band is sold individually. Includes a free downloadable exercise guide.

1/4″ Superband ~ San Diego Core Fitness Recommendation:

The quarter inch band is the lightest of the superband line. It is great for shoulder raises, light curling and pressing exercises and abduction. We recommend you purchase two. Many shoulder and arm exercises require one for each limb.

3/4″ Superband ~ San Diego Core Fitness Recommendation:

Great for curling, pressing and pulling exercises as well as adding medium resistence to leg exercises. Purchasing one is recommended if this is your next weight up band. Purchase two if this is the weight you are starting at.
