Classes & Programs
We offer live virtual classes as well as virtual personal training. We love this format because it requires less time out of your day to fit your workouts in (no travel time) and we don’t lose any of the intensity of in-person workouts.
Each Personal Fit Plan is tailored to your fitness level, goals and schedule. Your 6 week plan is a custom exercise and nutrition program. Each program includes a detailed workout plan, 3 live virtual training sessions that are recorded and a personalized meal plan. The nutrition compenent is a dietitian administered nutrition program delivered through our software or PDF, whatever suits you best.
Our Nutrition Team consists of a Dietitain/Holistic Nutritionist and a Sports Nutritionist, both with degrees in their disciplines. Our approach is simple and delicious, we will convert you to the healthy foodie lifestyle! You can choose from weekly appointments and a completely custom approach or add a nutrition program to your membership and get a personalized plan with bi weekly check-ins.
The Core Fitness approach to boot camp is unique and effective. Using Cross Functional Exercises, our program forms the core of a complete training program. Nothing makes you better at cross functional exercise but cross functional exercise will improve your fitness for everything else you do in life. Our mission is to get you into shape to perform your active passion.
Classes For All Fitness Levels and Training Needs
Covid Safe Exercise Policy: All of our outdoor boot camps are held in safe compliance with covid rules. While we are advocates for wearing masks indoors in commercial businesses we do not require them in our outdoor boot camp. We ask you to remain more than 12′ from other clients to allow for lateral and front to back movement. We limit classes to 15 and we don’t use shared equipment.
Live Virtual Classes
Choose to join interactively or just livestream the instructor, either way you will get a great workout. Choose from strength, cardio or a combination of both types of classes. Every workout has a theme and can be adapted to all fitness levels. Athletes will get workouts that improve their conditioning for their favorite sport and new clients will quickly gain the strength and confidence through exercise modifications to run with the big dogs.
Our boot camps employ a type of exercise called Cross Functional Training. This style of fitness training burns the highest rate of calories, is the safest form of exercise and prepares you to perform at a high level for all types of athletics that you enjoy outside of boot camp.
Virtual Personal Training
This is a great way to keep training affordable and consistent. We incorporate the equipment that you have or perform bodyweight exercises if you don’t have anything. Each workout is desgined around your style of training preference, exercises that move you to accomplishing your goals while working at intensities that are safe for your currentl level of fitness and mobility.
We create a custom 6 week program with an achievable goal in site. This is a great, cost effective program that incorporates live recordings of virtual sessions (we want to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and at the right intensity) with a pdf printout of your workout as well as access to our nutrition software and support from our dietitian. If you like working out on your own but want a professional program custom built for you, this is your perfect fitness solution.
Both our Dietitian and Sports Nutritionists have graduate and undergraduate degrees in their areas of expertise, unlike most “certified nutritionists”. This means that our Nutrition Coaching appointments are a deep dive into your healthy and unhealthy nutritional habits and how you can get on track to reaching your health goals.

Virtual Personal Training
Each 30 minute Virtual Personal Training session is a one-on-one session with a certified personal trainer. We get some background info on your goals and the types of workouts you like, then we design workouts based on that personalized criteria. We can record the workout for you to repeat or create new workouts every time.
Each Personal Training Session is 30 minutes in length and predesigned by your trainer based on your personal needs. You will be following a plan that progresses you towards reaching your goals in every workout.
Your sessions will be scheduled in our software and you will be connected via a private online meeting room with your Personal Trainer at a previously agreed upon time. Each session is recorded and made privately available to you in your account to be repeated as many times as recommended.
All you really need is a computer and an internet connection to conduct a session. A yoga mat, towel and water is recommended as well. We can do all sessions body weight only or incorporate existing equipment that you have access to. Our preferred equipment is Superbands, Kettlebells and Plyo Boxes.
Online Nutrition Coaching
Each 20 minute Online Nutrition Coaching session is a one-on-one session with a 4 or 6 year undergraduate or graduate degree holding Dietitian or Sports Nutrtionist. We get some background info on your goals medical history, and lifestyle then they design a nutrition plan based on that personalized criteria. We utilize a 3rd party software called Evolution Nutrition to monitor and engage with you on a daily and weely basis.
Each Nutriton Coaching Session is 20 minutes in length and will start with a review of your submissions into your Evolution Nutrition account by your Nutrition Coach. They act much like a nutritional psychologist and will ask questions that dive into finding answers to help you succeed in reaching your goals.
Your sessions will be scheduled in our software and you will be connected via a private online meeting room with your Nutrition Coach at a previously agreed upon time. We can connect via our software, a Zoom link, phone or Google Hangout, whichever format you are most comfortable with or is available to keep your appointments consistent.
We use a software that requires you to input your daily meals and fluid intake. We can also design meal plans for you or let you choose a plan and make tweeks to it where we feel we need to as nutrition professionals. We can also send you a custom plan outside of the software if that fits your needs best.

This morning boot camp begins at the corner of Jacaranda Place and Joe Schloss Way and moves throughout the park conducting exercises using the natural features that Morley Field offers.
Ski Beach Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp
When you enter the park turn left then stay on the right side of the north parking lot. This is a gorgeous location for a Saturday morning boot camp.
Mission Bay Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp
Turn right when you enter the park and look for the instructor on either side of the north parking lot.
