Classes For All Fitness Levels

All memberships include online and outdoor classes. We encourage you to try the online classes if you have never done so before, they can be just as intense as the outdoor classes and are great supplements to your overall fitness program.

ALLTERRA STRENGTH

Allterra is a conjuction we made to mean “All Terrain”. This boot camp moves all around the park and is the closest to what we did in the military with our training. All the features of the park are utilzed, park benches for legs, table tops for upper body, hills for cardio and open spaces for walking exercises and sprints. This 45 minute boot camp is so fun it will be over before you realize it and it burns an incredible amount of calories as well.

In this calorie scorcher of a class you will move all around the park utilizing different geographical features like hills, wide open fields and stairs to boost your heart rate and increase your cardiovascular conditioning.

PURE CORE

Check out our Pure Core live online class. This is a great class to do from home. This class concentrates on core specific exercise that will increase athleticism and reduce lower back pain associated with previous injury or sitting at desk for long hours.

Morning Ritual
MORNING RITUAL

This online class is a great way to get your week started. This yogaesque class is best stated as a “flow” class where the instructor takes you through a series of exercises that move through your kinetic chain, coordinating muscle groups through a circuit of continuous exercise.

Get 3 Classes either outdoor or online for just $19 your first time. That’s less than $7 a class! You’ll get great outdoor insctruction at any one of our 3 incredible outdoor locations or challenge yourself in one of our live, online classes.

Personal Training

We offer 1-on-1 personal training outdoors or online. Feel free to contact us to learn more. We have an introductory special of $99 for your first 3 sessions to see if it is a good fit with you and your Personal Trainer.

Weight Loss

Our style of Cross Functional Training is a great way to lose bodyfat and retain or increase lean body mass. We don’t like to focus on weight loss alone as that can be a very unhealthy practice. What we are experts in is burning fat and toning muscle. Personal training along with a custom program from our Clinical Nutritionist will help you reach all of your health goals.

Strength

Our training philosophy is different than what many trainers offer. Instead of isolating muscle groups we combine them. This technnique increases overall strength faster and with greater results than the more common method of muscle specificity training. We specialize in athletic performance and health and not in building size.

 Cardio

Most people think cardio and aerobic exercise are the same, they are not. Aerobic exercise is long duration where one major muscle group is activated reptitiously over time. Cardio can involve short bursts of high intensity exercise to drive your heart rate up to it’s max and then short rounds of rest to bring it down, otherwise known as HIIT. This method increases cardiovascular health faster and to a higher degree than aerobic exercsise in a shorter training period.

We offer 1-on-1 online nutrition coaching. Feel free to contact us to learn more. Nutrition is very personal and success requires understanding each client on a 1-on-1 basis. Rachel has a plan that will fit anyone’s budget and get you on track to real results.

Weight Loss

This is what most people are interested in when it comes to their nutrition. While it is important to be at a healthy weight, it is also important to understand what it is to be healthy. Rachel will guide you to a heatlhy relationship with food that will put you on track to a healthy weight and body composition.

NUTRITION

Rachel likes to work with foods that you like. She tries to create menus and design recipes on foods you will eat to reach your goals but also maintain them. Eating healthy doesn’t mean that you have to eat bland foods. Quite the opposite is true. Incorporating spices, herbs and natural sweeteners will not only make your food better tasting but will add to it’s nutritional profile.

 COST

Along with a good nutrition program comes a good nutrition plan. The cost of Rachel’s program should be offset completely by the savings in your grocery and eating out bill. Meal planning and preperation can significantly cut your food costs and leave you more time for extra activities like hiking, biking or tennis, rather than shopping, cooking and eating out.
