NORTH PARK FITNESS – MORLEY FIELD BOOT CAMP
Every Tuesday and Thursday morning we host two 45 minute ‘Allterra’ style outdoor fitness boot camp classes. The first one is at 6am and the second is at 7am.
Bring a mat and towel, we provide the rest. Right now we are conducting body weight only boot camps that move throughout the the park to create a fitness class experience unique to San Diego Core Fitness.
Every Saturday at 8am we host a 45 minute outdoor fitness boot camp at beautiful Ski Beach park between Pacific Beach and Mission Bay.
Our Weekend Warrior Boot Camp is in an ‘Allterra’ style that starts in the north parking lot of Ski Beach park and utilizes the large fields, sandy beaches and many benches to give you the ultimate body weight workout.

Pure Core Live Online Class
Blast your core with this intense online class that includes HIIT and Flow elements. Expect to burn 600+ calories a class.
Weekend Warrior, Pacific Beach
Get a good night’s sleep because this class is going to challenge you in every way. Includes HIIT Strength and HIIT Cardio elements.
Morning Ritual Online Class
This is a great balance and flow class. Increase mobility, decrease muscular pain and bring balance to the musculature of your body.
Total Body Tabata Online Class
Using the Tabata Interval of 20 sec high intensity 10 sec rest, Rachel runs you through a number of challenging exercise blocks.
Cardio Allterra, North Park
Move all around Morley Field doing hill sprints, box jumps, stair runs and much more in this 800+ calorie class.
Allterra Strength, North Park
Move around Morley Field utilizing benches, bleachers, hills, steps and rails and playgrounds to get a great total body strength class.
Wednesday Progression, Online Fitness Class
Every month Rachel creates a new progression that starts out moderately challenging and by the end of the month is outright impossible to keep up!
