1. This program starts with a 3o minute 1-on-1 appointment with Rachel, our in house Dietitian. She will establish your goals with you, get your initial measurements and answer any questions you may have.
2. You will receive access to your pre-fast online course. This course gives you the schedule and recommendations on how to begin eliminating major food groups prior to your fast and reducing your caloric intake to help improve the outcome and adherence to the fast itself.
3. You will gain access to the exercise program progression suitable to your current fitness level and goals.
4. 3 Day Juice fast guide and schedule.
5. Get full access to the 3 phases of nutrition guides/menus/shopping lists.
6. Weekly group Zoom meetings and access to the live forum to ask questions and follow other peoples success.
7. Get 4 weeks access to Evolution Nutrition to get specific menus for your guided implementation, track your biometrics and get ideas for specific meal plans.

3. Get 9 x 45 minute personal training sessions (3 times a week during the 21 days), starting after the 3 day juice fast. The sessions will be customized to your fitness level and goals plus daily check-ins with your Personal Trainer regarding progress on recommended physical activities.
